CityCentre Mixed-Use Development

CityCentre is developed by Midway Companies. The mixed-use development consists of shopping, residential, and several office buildings. Opened in the spring of 2010, CityCentre is 1,800,000 sq. ft. development with 400,000 sq. ft. of retail, restaurants, and entertainment, 149,000 sq. ft. fitness facility, 425,000 sq. ft. of office space, as well as many different types of housing.

ESBEE Signs designed and built the entire exterior and parking garage wayfinding sign system. CityCentre One and Two interior office building signage was designed by Gensler Architects.
